Passenger is a UK-based apparel brand built around a simple mission: to inspire people to embrace the outdoors and protect the places that make adventure possible.
Kuuma is a Nordic community sauna where you can relax, sweat and enjoy spectacular views together. They bring the heat and cold to unexpected locations – right in the city centre and on wild beaches.
Passenger & Kuuma approached me to create a story around the connection between surf and sauna culture. I developed and pre-produced the concept together with Kuuma, taking it from the initial idea through to production and creating a visual story that moves between the energy of surfing and the slower ritual of sauna. The result is a mix of photo and video capturing real moments of adventure, connection and unwinding by the sea.
THE GOAL:
Showing how simple moments in nature together help you slow down and recharge, combining the idea of meaningful escapism, adventure and finding relaxation.
